The Fullerton Hotel is centrally located within the civic district of Singapore and within walking distance from the Singapore River waterfront as well as the office of the Legislation Division of the Attorney-General's Chambers. It is an approximately 20 minutes’ drive from Singapore Changi Airport and is well-connected to other parts of Singapore via public transport.

The Fullerton Building is a heritage landmark constructed in 1928 and once served as Singapore's General Post Office.
