The Welcome Reception will be held at the Supreme Court Terrace at the National Gallery Singapore on 15 July 2026, the first evening of the Conference.

The National Gallery Singapore is a 5 minutes’ walk from the Conference venue, The Fullerton Hotel. The National Gallery Singapore is housed in two National Monuments, the former Supreme Court building and the former City Hall. It is now a national museum with the world’s largest public collection of Singapore and Southeast Asian modern art.

The Supreme Court Terrace is located on Level 4M of the National Gallery Singapore and is built around the former Supreme Court’s Rotunda dome.
